An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator. You will need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. Your duties will involve the typing of quotations, system specifications, preparing project files, assisting with tenders, O & M Manuals, answering the telephone and liaising with customers/engineers and general administration duties. You will require the ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

The ideal candidate will have the confidence to deal with various individuals and groups. You will be supported to undertake recognised qualifications whilst gaining invaluable on-the-job experience.   • Typing of quotations
  • Preparing Engineers files with relevant documents for the project
  • Typing System Specifications
  • Assist with deliveries ensuring they match the order, marking up stock to jobs
  • Assist with the checking and collating of engineers timesheets
  • Assist with the preparation of KPI Reports
  • Greeting visitors
  • Speaking to engineers, customers, answering e-mail/ phone queries
  • Inputting data on to the Company's database
  • Assisting with the production of O & M Manuals
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting with the preparation of Tender documentation

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
