You will have a full learning experience within the team but your role will include:

  • Purchase ledger, Matching Supplier Invoices, Delivery notes, Credit notes, Checking content for discrepancies. Posting Purchase invoices to ledgers.
  • Purchase, Sales, Control account Reconciliations
  • Raising Sales Invoices, Invoice Production, Posting to Ledgers
  • Costing of jobs (Job Costing), Error Analysis
  • Sales Ledger reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Sales Support
  • Filing, General Administration and duties associated with an Accounts and Admin Office
  • Supplier Payment Processing
  • Payroll - Preparation, analysis
  • Control Accounts - Schedules and Support Schedules
  • Accounts to TB & Extended TB
  • Returns and replacement analysis
  • Updating and amending customer files
  • Chasing sub-contractor certificates and uploading to file
  • Liaison with Workshop, Fitting Teams, Sales Designers ensuring their admin documents are correct.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
