Vision Apprentices are working with Van Elle LTD to recruit a business administration apprentice to work at their office on Summit Close in Kirkby in Ashfield.

The successful apprentice will be completing a Business Administration apprenticeship at Level 2 and will be employed directly by Van Elle Ltd for the duration of the apprenticeship with possible progression opportunities beyond.

The main duties and responsibilities

  • You will, as required, assist in a range of clerical and administrative duties.
  • To assist in any administration duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
  • Producing company communication in letter form
  • To ensure the comprehensive and confidential filing system is maintained.
  • To ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times (in and out of office hours) and any filing/shredding of personal information is dealt with as soon as possible.
  • To confidently communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • To be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Answering telephone calls and ensuring messages are communicated to the relevant person.
  • To support the company be ensuring all relevant data is entered accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • To ensure a tidy and therefore safe environment as appropriate.
  • To provide necessary cover as appropriate during colleague absences.

Other Responsibilities

Your duties will include; typing quotes, letters, memo's, meeting minutes, booking in enquiries, scanning, photocopying, filing and post.
