Vision Apprentices are working in partnership with Location Estate Agents provide residential
property sales and lettings across Nottinghamshire. Location have been successfully serving Mansfield, Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield and the surrounding areas over the last two decades. They are considered to be experts in the field and their knowledge of properties in this part of Nottinghamshire is unsurpassed.

Customer Service Duties

Answering calls to clients, taking new instructions and forwarding them as appropriate.

Keeping CRM software up to date with new leads.

Updating stock and sales particulars including window cards.

Telephone and face to face customer service

Filing, Printing and Emailing.

Liaising with other Location branches and financial services representatives.

Marketing Duties

Provide regular updates to all websites and social media with relevant content

Create informative and attractive email communications

Build brand loyalty and brand awareness

Administration of all marketing materials

Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

You will be mentored by senior members of the team to learn internal systems and procedures. You will be working towards Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship and have good opportunities to learn all aspects of business.

You will be required to work some Saturday by arrangement with your employer.
