An excellent opportunity has arisen for an apprentice administrator. You will need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will be working alongside the Service Operations Team, your duties will involve, data basing, logging service calls, scheduling engineers invoicing, speaking with customers on the phone, responding to e-mails, filing and general administration duties. You will also have the opportunity to progress and to provide cover for colleagues within the department. You will require Word, Excel and Outlook skills. You will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service.

  • Speaking to customers/engineers, answering e-mail/ phone queries
  • Logging service calls on to the Company's bespoke system
