Frank eXchange was established in 2012 with the objective of delivering honesty, integrity and transparency into the world of foreign money exchange transactions.

Frank eXchange Limited provides Foreign eXchange and International payment services to companies and individuals who need to convert or move money internationally.

Companies who import or export, have overseas payroll, expenses, subsidiaries or parent companies and therefore need to extract and pay in currency. Individuals who are buying or selling property overseas, have utilities, mortgages or bills to pay, have retired and needed their pensions transferring into a different currency and paying to their local bank accounts. They work with professional sports people, football and rugby players, who have come here to play, or go overseas to play, and need to send money home. Anyone who needs to exchange and pay funds.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-moving world of Foreign eXchange and International Payments.

The Customer Service Executive Apprentice is the starting role with Frank eXchange, and offers excellent training, mentoring, high rewards and prospects of promotion. Long term career prospects with management opportunities available for the right candidate. You will start on £4.50 per hour with an OTE of £13500 per annum.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.

Key Responsibilities include:

Make effective, highly professional outbound calls to key decision makers and shareholders.

Successfully identify new opportunities within the UK & European FX markets.

Cold calling will play a major part in your career throughout this role. Lead sourcing

Attend face to face meetings with senior members of staff / Head of FX Desk.

Systematically develop a well-researched database of prospective clients for the business.

Achieve set KPI's and Sales targets.

Keeping up to date with all financial markets.

On-board corporate companies and execute trades

Become an expert on risk management business solutions.

Build relationships with key decision makers including Financial Directors/Managing Directors across a range of different companies.

Demonstrate a keen commercial awareness for the FX markets.

Be self-motivated to learn and develop your skills into the next role.

Identity profit angles with new and existing clients.
