Providing administration support for commercial metering activities. To assist in the timely delivery and billing of projects. Ensure that operational SLAs are met or exceeded.

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:

  • Provide an effective and professional interface for Exoteric Clients and Partners, supporting the Operations team in the delivery of exoteric services.
  • Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries from customers (shippers, suppliers, developers and other end users) and to ensure SLA's and KPIs are met.
  • To ensure that information is accurately recorded and that industry processes are followed, particularly relating to GT1, GT2 and GSC processes.
  • To ensure that information is accurately recorded and that industry processes are followed, GT1, GSC and MF3/On job processes in particular.
  • Process contractor invoices to ensure prompt payment.
  • Ordering of stock materials and sundries. Liaising with the technical managers to provide soft spares for maintenance.
  • Provide routine data checks for both asset records and data loggers to ensure robustness of system and highlight issues.
  • Gather quotations from service partners, validating for completeness and liaising with Technical Managers as required. Corporate:

Preferably educated to NVQ level 2, GCSE or equivalent standard of education.

SKILLS

A general understanding of corporate health and safety regulations and Group policies.

Utility experience - metering and/or I&C market is beneficial but not essential.

Experience in the delivery of excellent customer service

Experience in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels with external and internal customers

A broad knowledge of standard IT applications and in depth knowledge of those applications relevant to the duties being performed

Experience of working independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances.

Attention to detail.

Computer literate - in particular, appropriate knowledge of corporate systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines
