Due to continued growth and recruitment, the Human Resources Manager is now looking for an administrator to support her with the day to day functions within the HR Department.

You will receive the support of a workplace mentor who will ensure you have the skills to develop within the team, you will also receive regular visits from your college specialist to support your achievement of a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

  • Overall support of the HR manager for any administrative requirements.
  • File management and archiving.
  • Answering and directing telephone calls or taking messages.
  • Scanning documents and sending via email to various sites.
  • Data entry.
  • Sending emails & Responding appropriately to email requests
  • Raising relevant paperwork for employees, relating to any changes in their employment, e.g. Change of job title, hours, etc.
  • Completing Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Checks
  • Ensuring applicants have the relevant documentation to support their application.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
