Jennie and the dedicated team deliver a comprehensive range of disaster restoration, commercial cleaning and carpet and upholstery cleaning and repair services for homeowners and commercial clients.

The company is a franchise of Rainbow International who are the UK's largest Restoration & Commercial Cleaning company, and provides this service through a nationwide network of over 70 franchise branches. Many of the UK's top insurance companies choose the franchises of Rainbow International on behalf of their policyholder's claims as well as commercial organisations. Each and every year, Rainbow is entrusted to visit thousands of homes across the country on behalf of the insurance industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn all about handling insurance claims.

You'll be involved at every step from taking the initial call or picking up the initial email through to creating and sending invoices at the end of the job.

You'll speak to insurance claimants and explain the process and book visits so that damage can be assessed and rectified.

You'll book technicians and cleaners out, ensuring that bookings are made clearly and added to the company diary system effectively. You'll transfer job information through to the technicians/cleaners as required.

You'll liaise with Head Office to ensure claims are handled effectively and in a professional and timely manner

You'll send emails on behalf of the company to both internal contacts and customers

You'll deal with telephone enquiries and take message where appropriate

This is a Monday to Friday role generally but you will need to be able to offer flexibility towards your role. If a new job is called in 10 minutes before home time, you'll need to be prepared to stay until the job is dealt with.

Later in your apprenticeship you will also be included in the ‘on call' facility where calls are transferred to a company mobile. These calls are rare but the company do offer a 24/7 service.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
