This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join Yusen logistics. You will play a key part initially providing administrative support to the talent and development department with a view to progress you to a full time member of staff upon completion and possible further training.

Principle Accountabilities / Tasks

  • Booking rooms and events
  • Providing materials and ensuring facilitators and attendees attend as planned and recording, monitoring and controlling attendance
  • Assisting the team with routine Talent and Development queries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Timely processing of invoices for the department
  • Completion of any other ad hoc duties as required.

Key skills

  • IT literate and numerate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work on own initiative and also as part of a team
  • Accurate with attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
  • Confident to learn and well organised
  • Flexible approach
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Willing to learn.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
