  • Provide hospitality and reception cover for holidays and absence
  • Assist in adhoc projects
  • Ensure compliance with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and associated policies.
  • Undertake training relevant to the requirements of the function to obtain/maintain the required level of knowledge and or qualifications.
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time


  • Support the maintenance of Prism including requisitions, creating purchase order numbers, receiving voucher exceptions etc.
  • Support the recording of all relevant data collected by the engineers.
  • Support the preparation of departmental reports.
  • Support the maintenance of the PPM
  • Support the maintenance of the office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Organise meetings as required.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Carry out specific projects and research

To support the Senior administrator in regards to:


  • Support the co-ordination of uniform ordering
  • Provide general admin support for the HR department


  • Support the administration of in house training (invites, room bookings etc.)
  • Provide admin support to managers in maintaining departmental training matrices
  • Maintain employee training files including transferring to electronic folders
  • Support in the maintenance of the LMS including uploading of training materials
  • Provide admin support in the production of training manuals

You should have basic PC skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
