Rippon Homes are a new build developer in the East Midlands building quality family homes.

We are looking for Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our busy team here at Head Office in Mansfield.

  • You will be using company computer systems
  • Dealing with customer over the phone and face to face
  • Dealing with customer queries and problems
  • Coordinating operatives and materials
  • Communicating with fellow trades and Site Personnel
  • Data entry ensuring information is added correctly
  • General office administrative duties

A driving license is essential for this role as some site visits may be required.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
