Our team at TRT strives to be the world's best in hot section gas turbine component repair.

TRT's specialisation is in the component repair and repair development of Turbine Blades & Nozzle Guide Vanes for the Rolls-Royce Trent, Tay, RB211 & BR range of gas turbine engines, supported by a lean, efficient culture, providing the industry with rapid solutions to problems of component deterioration.

This is an exciting role within the finance team. The company are keen that you find your feet within the role and the business by undertaking a business administration programme. If successful and you wish to continue your personal development at the point of completion, the company would be happy to support ongoing development in AAT and then CIMA.

Your duties will include general administration and assisting with the following:

  • Payable statement control- ensuring no payable invoices are missing for payment from our suppliers (issues with RR invoices from 2019)
  • Payable allocation and coding
  • Credit Control
  • 3 way match
  • CUK payable allocation and control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Overview and checking hours on mitrefinch - additional help for payroll
  • Sales folder control
  • Scanning duties
  • Payment run
  • Payment register
  • Shipping Cover
  • Customs overview
  • Invoicing cover
  • Spare details releasing
  • Receipt allocation

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
