An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CSL a leading international Critical Connectivity provider specialising in Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications. CSL requires a Telesales Person to join their strong internal sales team. The candidate will be required to provide excellent levels of customer service to both existing CSL customers and also potential customers. The role will involve contacting customers by phone and email and working closely with the external sales team. The candidate will be based within the Nottingham office (NG7).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact existing customers to ensure strong relationships are maintained
  • Comfortable with telephone cold calling activity
  • Contact prospect customers to introduce CSL product range
  • Develop relationships to create sales opportunities
  • Work closely with CSL external sales team to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised
  • Work through monthly sales reports
  • Work towards exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

In order to be successful in this role you should be energetic, keen to learn using your own initiative and be able to work well with others with a positive approach at all times. Above all, this role requires individual with a passion and determination to maximise customer relationships.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
