They have five care homes around Nottinghamshire that are staffed with fully trained carers and qualified Nurses that provide there residents with the highest quality service. To ensure the care service operate at optimal levels they need to ensure they have excellent support from the team at Head Office and this is where you come in!

The company directors and administration team work from beautiful offices in the heart of West Bridgford and ensure the smooth operation of the 6 homes within the group.

They are now in a position to support an apprentice to complete the level 3 Business Administration Standard whilst learning the exacting qualities needed to provide outstanding administration support.

  • Provide a reception and hospitality service maintain a professional appearance and welcoming manner at all times.
  • Oversee the booking an maintenance of meeting facilities and training facilities
  • Maintain an efficient communication system within the organisation
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Maintain the administration of clients financial records
  • Advertise and support the recruitment process
  • Liaise with candidates re interview dates, undertaking references and applying for DBS Checks
  • Supporting with staff induction processes
  • Produce and maintain personnel records including annual audit of entitlement to work
  • Type correspondence, reports, minutes of meetings and company policies.
  • Maintain the current filing system, updating as appropriate
  • Use of office equipment including Photocopier, scanner, laminator, binding machine and fax machine
  • Input data for the payroll from staff timesheets for directors approval
  • Participate in all training and appraisal scheme as part of personal development

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
