Integrated Doorsets Ltd is a large employer based Forest Town who are a single source supplier of performance doorsets and architectural ironmongery solutions to the health, education, commercial, leisure, office and high end residential markets.

  • Managing the main finance inbox and recording enquiries, printing invoices & statements and dealing with supplier & customer queries.
  • Maintain and record employee time and absence records.
  • Ensuring all records are maintained and accurate.
  • Manage and collate customer POD requests.
  • Ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner to ensure quick resolution of any queries.
  • Supplier expediting on daily basis, raising purchase orders and stationary orders.
  • Filing, telephone answering, and other administrative duties as required

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
