Hy-Ram has established itself as a leading design and manufacturer of specialist equipment and tooling for both plastic and metallic distribution pipelines worldwide.

Principally working across Gas, Water and Industrial sectors, Hy-Ram provide a range of products essential for the provision, installation and maintenance of distribution pipelines.

Reporting to the Financial Controller. The primary function of this position is to assist and provide administrative support, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial information within the business.

Records, classifies and summarises financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Banking of cheques.

Lodging various customer invoices on web portals (Tradex and ODI) in a timely manner.

Support annual audit process, working with the on-site audit team to review process and procedural compliance and provide relevant documents for review of year end balances.

Continual development of internal processes and controls.

Analyses financial data, and extracts and clarifies relevant information.

To provide cover and support as necessary to the Finance Assistant and Financial Controller:

Duties including processing purchase ledger invoices, dealing with supplier queries and statement reconciliations.

Develops policy and procedure manuals for the accounting department.

Ensures that company policies and practices are being complied with within the finance area.

Acts appropriately in front of customers to represent the company in a positive manner.

Interact with all stakeholders and other departmental managers within the facility to ensure that contract requirements are being met.

To ensure that the highest possible standards of professional practice are achieved and maintained.

Support such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure the effective delivery and development of the service.
