Alcocks Solicitors are a local law firm based in Mansfield specialising in Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Family.

Alcocks Solicitors have been providing legal advice to individuals and businesses in the East Midlands since 1890. They have a proven track record of achieving the right outcomes for their clients across the range of legal areas that they cover.

Providing administrative support to fee earners to enable them to operate efficiently. Covering reception duties including handling client calls and greeting clients as required.

Please note that for the right candidate wage can be negotiated and you will also receive pay reviews throughout your apprenticeship

Key tasks

Filing: Daily filing and opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual.

Client Care: Liaising with clients both in person and on the telephone and providing such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the Firm's standards for client care.

Opening Files: Assisting in opening files and preparing the initial paperwork to the client.

Liaising with relevant third-parties to include estate agents, courts, Mortgage brokers etc.

Undertake any specific training when required to do so and to take responsibility for self-development.

Ensure the confidentiality of all the Firm's and clients' documentation and information.

Applicants will be required to undergo an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
