The Stores Administrator has the following responsibilities:
Providing admin support to the Darwen stores
Keeping well-organised files and records of warehouse activity
Keeping computer databases up to date
Processing pick sheets on daily basis
Processing goods in paperwork on a daily basis
Checking min / max order levels to generate purchase orders
Take and process administration requests from all areas of the business.
Arrange collections from our locations and pre-book deliveries with third parties.
Liaise with carrier to confirm delivery dates
Receive and sign for any packages.
Meet, greet and sign-in visitors to the warehouse
To carry out any reasonable task within your capabilities as instructed by your Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Preferable but not essential a good working knowledge of MS Office packages, (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
