Energy Assets is a leading independent metering services, asset management and utility network construction company. As an accredited meter asset manager, meter operator and data collector/aggregator, they work alongside major energy suppliers and partner some of the biggest brands.

  • Provide an Interface between different departments and clients
  • Liaising where necessary with landowners, clients and third parties
  • Identification of Land Right requirements are required using various modes including HM Land Registry, and Symology search facilities and following through the Land Registry process to gain and maintain priority to facilitate completion of any required legal /documentation
  • Facilitating Production of CAD (Computer Aided Design) Legal Plans
  • Liaising with the teams to ensure final connection and AV's are only remitted when legal completion has formally taken place
  • Following through the legal processes through to completed documentation and registration
