This is primarily a data administration role that supports the business through the timely and accurate creation of new product codes and the on-going management of all product data linked to them.

Lockhart Catering Equipment are looking to recruit an apprentice to join its growing PIM (Product Information Management Team). The PIM Team is part of Lockhart's Digital Marketing function and is responsible for setting-up and managing all the product information that appears on the company's websites and catalogues. This is a great opportunity to learn all the data administration skills required to manage a product range of over 20,000 products as well as developing an understanding of how that product data supports Lockhart's web and e-commerce strategies.

The role is responsible for management and administration of product data for Lockhart Catering Equipment including:

  • Setting-up new product codes to support product launches
  • Discontinuing codes once products become obsolete
  • Managing/Updating all key data for existing codes
  • Requesting additional marketing information from suppliers for products published on our various company websites.
  • Collecting and inputting of waste packaging information
  • To provide occasional cover to the main switchboard
