We are looking to recruit a new member of our team in a role that covers reception, administration and the opportunity to help with creating marketing products and updating literature for services.

PB Auto Electrics is a family run business, trading for 38 years. They sell, install and repair commercial and leisure vehicle heating, air conditioning, reversing cameras, lighting, tracking systems and many other auto electrical requirements.

  • Welcome customers to the business and ensure that their needs are met in an effective manner
  • Keep the reception area up to date with company promotional literature and offer sheets
  • Ensure that when communicating with customers, you are clear and helpful at all times
  • Answer the business telephones in a professional manner, dealing with general enquiries, transferring calls and taking effective messages
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, product information and product availability by telephone, email or face to face
  • Escalate customer enquiries when required to ensure the customer experience is positive
  • Keep the company pricing lists up to date using bespoke software to ensure this is accurate at all times
  • Add products and information to Ebay and Facebook with regard to product sale and offers
  • You will be trained and encouraged to help prepare leaflets and brochures

The employer would like you to work towards a customer service qualification in the first instance as this forms the greater part of your role. In the future your role may evolve and further training will be provided in order to help you to succeed within your role as required.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
