IPS ltd are dedicated to providing supplies and services to the biomedical and research industry. The team of highly skilled personnel bring vast experience in these sectors, providing a tailored service to their customer requirements.

• Enter customer sales orders onto Sage 50
• Dispatch orders and generate the necessary paperwork to accompany the deliveries
• Account/book-keeping and processing on sage 50 - (invoices, statement, reconciling, inputting expenses etc)
• General office administration - letters, typing, outlook etc - so ideally good knowledge of using Microsoft office
• Working effectively across departments and with various colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department/business
• An interest in completing various tasks and being flexible within the team - it'll make for an interesting apprenticeship!

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
