Mitchell's of Mansfield was founded in 1968 by Robert Mitchell. The company has grown rapidly over the years, joining Palletways as a founder member in 1995 under the guiding hand of Andrew Mitchell.

Mitchell's of Mansfield offer a high level of service, whilst staying close to the direct needs of their clients. The objective is always to instil complete confidence by delivering a professional service.

• Answering the telephone, dealing with general enquiries or transferring as necessary
• Taking and ensuring delivery of telephone messages when required
• Logging information on the network software (full training will be obtained)
• Dealing with queries from external clients and internal colleagues
• Understand the customer needs and ensure the best level of service at all times
• Learn to understand the new Brexit and customs rules to aid the successful shipping of pallets across the water
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
