This role is opportunity to work with and assist the Commercial Manager and Construction Manager within a growing company. They will be assisting with the bookkeeping in the company but also helping provide project administration. There are future opportunities to move into other senior financial or construction roles in the company.

Established in 1991, Structural Fireproofing Systems Ltd is local company who pride themselves on the quality of their work. Providing project management surrounding fireproofing systems that protect people and property, they do so with integrity and client relationship at the core.

Their commercial manager started out as an apprentice and wants others to know that opportunities like the one offered to him, are available - you just need to grasp them with both hands.

Main Duties are including but not limited to

• Inputting Sales & Purchase Invoices onto Sage 50 Accounts
• Inputting Sales Invoices with Construction Reverse VAT & Self Billing Invoices
• Producing Bank Records
• Preparing Bank Reconciliations
• Checking Statements against Purchase Ledger
• Ordering & Obtaining Prices with Suppliers
• Negotiation of Prices with Suppliers
• Checking Material Orders against Project Budgets
• Managing Plant Hire & Plant Register
• Checking Invoices for Overcharges
• Assisting with Deliveries
• Participating in Contracts Meeting
• Producing Contacts Folders & the Full Archive Process
• Various Administrative Tasks

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
