We are looking for a self-driven individual who wishes to step into the world of aerospace as a business administration apprentice within our Customer Service and Finance department.

To provide administration support and to work with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service for our customers, working in accordance to our corporate values at all time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Process Invoices
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Uploading financial invoices to customer portals
  • Updating customer records
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Postal duties
  • Maintenance of company stationery
  • General administrative duties
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and instructions at all times.
  • We work on a flexible working hours basis. Our core hours are 10am - 3pm so as long as they are here between those times and do their hours in the week then it would be fine, I envisage that at the start of the apprenticeship when they are finding their feet it will be 8 - 4 but as they become more confident and comfortable with their workload, we would let them decide.

Chromalloy offer a flexible working hours opportunity. Providing you cover the core hours (10am - 3pm), there will be flexibility for what hours you work.
