  • Posting jobs on relevant websites directly, including maintaining internal adverts on the Barker Ross website
  • Updating the Recruitment social media channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts and candidate compliance and generating and issuing the internal weekly results and updates to the team
  • Logging applications and actions onto an in-house database
  • Providing a customer-focused service to applicants and managers, responding promptly to queries received through the Recruitment inbox and fielding others appropriately.
  • Arranging interviews, liaising with line managers and candidates; booking interview schedules and issuing supporting paperwork and documentation to potential workers
  • Answering calls, responding to correspondence, using Microsoft Outlook emails and using and an in-house database
  • Using Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Sending out paperwork and sorting post

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
